10 MHz Modulated Laser

Depth Of Modulation with all the electronic protection and optical
stability of MDL and LAS series lasers.
This
series, originally developed for military communications, is powered
with the same 8-10 VDC as the LAS series. When an additional 5V
signal is fed through the BNC connector, modulation rates from
2kHz to greater than 10MHz are achievable. The laser output will
mirror the input signal with minimum pulse widths of roughly 70
nsec. Make your signal easy to detect, or your data simple to
transmit, with your own customized laser output.

Circularized
laser modules available. Laser produces a 1mm collimated
circular spot directly out of the laser. This spot increases
to the size of a dime at about a 20 foot range due to diffraction.
The output power is approximately 30% of rated power of the
